Teresa has been actively working in the genealogy research
field for over 20 years, including having a Professional
Genealogist as a Mentor. During this time she developed a
special interest in Southern Regional Families, specializing
in Southern Native American, Melungeon, and other
specialty areas of research. Teresa also works with a
Grassroots group occasionally whose focus is Slavery.
Teresa maintains memberships with the Association of
Professional Genealogists (APG), the National Genealogical
Society (NGS), and the Alabama Genealogical Society (AGS).
Teresa holds certificate (s) in Continuing Education Units
(CEUs) in Genealogy, Forensic and Historical Research. She is
available to testify as an expert witness if needed. She is also
an experienced project manager and is skilled in managing
large genealogy and historical projects, including
complex cases. Teresa is qualified to make statements/reports
that may involve verification for Local, State, and Federal
agencies including governmental departments, or
branches. She maintains a full list of Specialty and Non-
specialty services. If she cannot help you she will try and find
someone who can.

with standards set by the Board for Certification of

towards innovating new ways of handling her client's needs
